- For major insurance carriers, we may not need to send a letter to the agent or lessee/borrower to request insurance information because we can access the policy directly online at the website provided by each carrier. In some cases, we may be able to update the additional insured and loss payee to bring the policy to conformance with your lease or loan agreement
